Elvir Ahmetovic, a native of Srebrenica and genocide survivor, currently works as a teacher at the Academy of Environmental Sciences and Mathematics for St. Louis Public Schools.

Mersida Muratovic-Planic, came from Srebrenica to St. Louis as a refugee when she was a child. Ms. Muratovic-Planic provides public presentations about the Bosnian community and serves as a volunteer translator-interpreter.

Sarah Wagner, George Washington University, author of To Know Where He Lies: DNA Technology and the Search for Srebrenica’s Missing (2008), and co-author with Lara Nettelfield of Srebrenica in the Aftermath of Genocide (2014).
